Testfakta's commercial arm adheres to exactly the same principles in independent, un-biased laboratory testing as its news agency. The major difference being that the commissioning customer has the final saying in making the test results public. That is why the general public does not see product failures, such as toxins in food, exploding rifles or leaking children boots coming out of those tests.
Customers value the credibility in third party validation. That is why independence, scientific laboratory testing and transparency are key to our business. We usually distinguish between a customer's desire to prove and communicate a product's quality and performance through Verification or Benchmark testing against its major competitors, and learning about key areas of improvement in the testing of early stage prototypes or private label manufacturing.
Many of our projects are either annually returning or part of long term quality programs.
